What we store
Your account (email, sign-in method), your workspace content (sources you follow, feed items, knowledge items, personas, drafts, scheduled posts), and the tokens for accounts you explicitly connect. Connected-account tokens are stored encrypted.
How AI uses your content
To produce your results — ranking, drafts, and suggestions — your sources and content are sent to the third-party AI providers configured for your workspace. Cernaro does not train its own models on your workspace content. The configured providers process what is submitted to them under their own service terms and data policies, which you should review for your compliance needs.
What we don't do
We don't sell your data, and we don't publish anything on your behalf without a schedule or action you set up.
Deleting your data
You can disconnect connected accounts at any time from where they were set up: publishing, reminder, and calendar connections from the Calendar page's Connections panel, and source/feed connections from the Feed. To delete your account and workspace data, contact usand we'll remove them.
